# Method Steps:

01 - In a medium mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
02 - Spread the dip onto a large serving platter, shaping it into a large uneven circle for the body and a smaller mound atop to resemble the snowman's head.
03 - Place two olive slices on the head for eyes and arrange small olive pieces to create a smiling mouth. Insert the carved carrot nose centrally on the face. Position olive slices or peppercorns vertically for buttons on the body. Surround the neck area with red bell pepper strips as a scarf. Insert pretzel sticks on each side as arms. Optionally sprinkle with chopped parsley or chives for color.
