# Method Steps:

01 - Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp. Drain on paper towels, then crumble. Wipe the skillet clean.
02 - Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl until combined.
03 - Melt butter in the skillet over medium-low heat. Add diced onion and bell peppers; sauté for 2 to 3 minutes until softened.
